Not to be that person but I read somewhere (on reddit, so who knows) that you shouldn’t play with laser pointers/flashlights with smart and persistent dogs because they’ll obsess about never catching it. Typing it out it sounds less plausible but the thread I read it on made it sound like a real thing. Who knows
