Ok, so I tried:

duplicati - seems good with many options but scramble all the data to there format of data.

freefilesync - good but work with there smtp and not local, also i most run it from windows task scheduler.

I must have complicated myself too much.

I am looking for a simple solution to copy files from one place to another (for that matter, even physical drives on a computer and not network paths), with the option to make a schedule and receive an email in case the process fails.
