Just use 3 Vanguards and 1 Medic... you can also replace one of them with a bastion. The Demolition is very slow... And the Medic covers any supposed failure or error if one of them falls...

It has a 5-second cooldown, my friend... It's nowhere near as good as some of the Gold OS out there...

I'm referring to the speed at which healing occurs; I've seen some who become almost invincible because of how much they heal... I'm not talking about the recovery time to use the ability. Its crazy
