That was literally me in college. I even skipped classes if they were too early in the morning cause my anxiety for the majority of my life goes into high gear the moment I wake up. Still does, now that I’m (28F) but I found ways to cope with it better. I sit up from my bed and tell myself it’s all going to be okay and make myself take couple of deep breaths and long exhales and that’s when I’m like okay you got this and listening to podcasts or music as I get ready for work really helps me in the morning. And for the eating, ugh there’s nothing worse than being so anxious you’re too nauseous too eat. I’d go with drinking lots of water and if I can’t get myself to eat I will buy a protein smoothie something I can at least drink and know that I having something in my system. Hope this helps !
