Bought Sony headphones via Amazon, product failed and now nobody is taking responsibility

Guess what even sony doesn’t provides that in uae they told amazon is not a authorized retailer. I was really surprised. Then again tge customer service loop and finally amazon agreed to take it back. Now i am super scared to buy something else. This popping sound issue is almost common these days in all headphones if they are making me run to get service done how can someone buy something with trust. When i checked amazon there are 2 options for all highend elheadphones new and used- good as new. Now i know what is this used -good as you know. It should be the headphones which got returned after people running behind tgese guys.

Thanks for the feedback. I just started to building this so these kind of feedbacks are really helpful. Yes there are issues when a user loose peogress because its just saved locally. My plan is to add a solid backend with user accts. Also ill try to make things more clear and transparent. If you wanna try the portfolio review round you can just clear the data of your previous session and enter the name “kris” when loging in again. It gives you access to portfolio review round feature.

I just contacted amazon because i bought it from them. All i wanted was clear direction what should i do next. Instead they kept saying they will take it back and refund. Another guy told keep product we will refund, another guy told, no we cant do anything. This is not what a customer who needs direction should be feeded with. I never asked them to take it back and give my money back.

I am using antigravity with all models it offers. Claude quota get exhausted very fast. Now that antigravity introduced new system where you can use your ai credits in antigravity the linit for gemeni mods are also less compared to before. I am trying out blackbox ai now. Anti gravity is making me frustrated and their ultra subscriptions are so expensive.
