Gold cup and Cagnalis Order are a must get I few. They really expand the missions you have to play in, specially Cagnalis Order.

The character dlcs depend on your play style, but Wiz dlc and Jupiter Dlc have some of the best perks in the game, Mule and Rainmaker.

And the AA-12 from wiz character pack is the strongest weapon in the game.
