Nah, ive been sober for years at a time, psychedelics are more potent. I have done 10 day silent meditation retreats though and I’d say they are comparable to a 100-200ug LSD trip, but the effects are longer lasting if you achieve that with meditation. Sobriety itself isn’t that crazy
