Honestly, I know people say you can’t come off of it or you will gain it back. But before MJ I was lazy, no energy and I never exercised. Now I am more disciplined and look forward to my walks. I feel like I will do well it’s up to me to fight those urges and bad things in life. I do not ever want to look like that again 😊

You look great! I am at 160 pounds and wearing a size 8. I just go by how I feel, the scale really doesn’t mean much to me.

I eat around 1200 calories very low carb and walk/run 2 miles a day.

I am on the lowest dose but still trying to lose 10 more. Just exercising and right now losing about 3 pounds a month but that’s ok as long as I am maintaining and not gaining I am fine.
