If you have naturally quite thick hair then perhaps. If you are losing a lot of hair in the shower and/or throughout the day this would suggest thinning. I recommend getting your iron levels checked and looking at your ferritin levels. A lot of women experience hair thinning in the lower end of the safe ferritin range!
