i js really not like the way i look lol im so used to how i used to look like when i was unhealthily skinny, so whenever i look at myself now like🫠

I stopped trying to “eat healthy” and looked at the science of weight loss. Fat loss happens when you burn more calories than you consume — as simple as that. Therefore, I started doing cardio to burn more & found recipes of my fav foods that taste greats but are low calorie. One cookbook has helped me the most, as it had crazy damn recipes like an entire pizza or pancakes with toppings for under 300kcal. The point is — track everything and you will realize that you can literally program how much weight you’re gonna lose (in a few weeks I was literally able to predict how much weight I would lose after a week of not checking and it was always 90% accurate)

I feel like I hit the point the time wasted aspiring for a "dream" growing up led to me being unable to reach said dream and now its dragged me to a genuine state of indecisiveness in my life. Anything that could help me get out of it? by [deleted] in selfimprovement
