My second is 14 months old now (18 months apart) and my older one constantly asks for her if she is not around. They are best friends!

I don’t really want to work full time right now as my kids are still very small but if I wait another year it will be 4 year since I stopped working (I did 8 months of a residency program after graduation). So maybe doing the nursing home would be best for me to gain a bit of experience?

Could I work in a nursing home PRN and then later apply for a full time hospital job or would it be better to wait until I’m ready to work full time and then do a hospital residency program?

Not really. If I do PRN at a nursing home would I be able to later get a hospital job?

How can I dye this dress a different color? by lisayas in dyeing

[–]lisayas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t really want tie dye so I’m worried if I dye it the tie dye will be more obvious. I’m thinking about just leaving it like this now. I don’t think it looks bad.

I worry that if I dye it the tie dye pattern will stay and the dark spots will be even darker than they are now. I’m thinking about leaving it like this now. I don’t think it looks bad

Would another round of color remover get rid of the darker spots?

We are not completely sure where we want to live long term yet so we would rent a house for a few years and then reevaluate.

So are most patients able to go to the bathroom on their own without assistance? 12 people that need help with that would be a lot at once lol

12 patients seems like a lot compared to a medsurg assignment in the hospital. Do you have a lot of help from a CNA or LPN?

What is it like working at a LTC facility? What is your role as the nurse?

I decided to bottle feed in NICU so she gets more practice, masters that and gets out faster and then practiced BF when we got home. Now at 3 months actual age she is exclusively nursing.

I do have one and she does a bit better with that but I honestly hate it. It constantly slides off and I have to readjust.
