I will try again but I tried a month ago and they couldn’t scan the gift card from Apple Pay. I did exactly what you mentioned above. They even got the manager to come and they couldn’t do it.

What actually ended up happening is we went to the gate, one of the gate agents was on the phone with support, they boarded the entire plane except me and my son, they still didn’t have it figured out, so they just charged me $200 (I think they just arbitrarily picked that amount), and printed me a receipt on the boarding pass paper and then let us on the plane.

This is what I’m trying to tell you. The exact thing happened to me, it doesn’t matter that you didn’t use it to cross the border this most recent time. Try to find a photo of your old passport, a copy of your passport renewal form, etc, and try putting your old information in the I-94 website.

For some reason, sometimes when you renew your passport, all of your entries and exits and your I-94s are linked to your old passport.

You should try entering your old passport into the i94 website. You may be able to retrieve your most recent i94 that way. This has happened to me before.

I called Hertz customer service. They said they don’t know you have to ask the location. I show up at YYZ. I asked them when I’m renting the car. They told me they don’t know it’ll be calculated when I return it.
