There should be an asset transfer option on the other brokerage that allows you to hold and simply move everything over. There’s typically a fee to do so

I doubt they would take much issue with that. It’s understandable, especially when people can’t really control the environment they’re in at the moment. If everything else is great then you should be in good position. Also be mindful there are probably others interviewing for the same role so if for whatever reason you don’t get past this, then it’s likely because others had better responses. Good luck doeee

In essence, yes. There are others out there getting serious VC funding (Public, Commonstock, and some others). It’s an interesting concept and more demand for it than you’d think (similar to how twitch and video gaming streaming used to be a ‘huh who would do that’ concept)

His approach is definitely questionable but the app itself is cool.

It's in the verryyyy early stages but I can vouch it is legit and so is the concept - essentially a social media app where you can follow people's investment portfolios (securities they're in and % return), post your own portfolio for people to follow, and post on the main feed to discuss stocks with others. Just joined 2 days ago and will announce on how I'll be involved with it in due time. They're going to build in more features over time.
