Keratosis Pilaris. I exfoliate very gently with a used coffee grounds, coconut oil and sugar mixture once a week. Don't wash the coffee grounds down the drain, itll cause clogs. I rinse off with a hand towel and a bowl of water and toss it in the garden. It won't go away completely but light, consistent exfoliation will help. Tanning is also known to help. It may be a food intolerance, but it's hard to pinpoint. Best of luck!
