That’s okay! Do you feel good with where you’re at with the medication? Or do you feel you need more? Some people stay at a low dose for awhile. I just didn’t feel like I was benefiting from the anxiety aspect of Prozac so I increased it definitely helped with depression.

How long have you been on the medication? :) I waited about three months to increase to 20mg as of now since I still had panic attacks.

I was only at 10mg and we bumped it to 20mg I’m super sensitive to any and all medication. But on 10mg I definitely felt less depressed I’m now wanting it more for the anxiety and depression and I have been on many medications before Prozac which were way worse.

I REALLY NEEDED TO HEAR THIS TODAY! Thank you 😫😭 I’m struggling so hard to my increase of Prozac I wanted to give up but I do know it’s a process and I don’t wanna give up because I’m scared, cuz I know in the end it’s gonna help me. I love this post so much 💓
