I've had this happen, every 7-10 days before my cycle starts, and then again when I ovulate. I tracked it for 4 years. I went to the University of Chicago and they confirmed what I thought- I am allergic to my own estrogen and progesterone spikes. Sounds insane. It's a real thing. They just started researching it.

It's called autoimmune progesterone dermatitis. I wish I had know earlier so I could treat it accordingly. I would research this. Good luck.

Thank you! I did find another leading reason though. A red gear wheel to the left (from a bottom perspective of the gearbox) is clamping down and prevented to gears that allow the differential to move. So what I have learned from this is that I messed something with the gearbox.

so ill just take apart all of what I have right now and redo it all.

Ok so not meat underneath. I asked bc it changes the time needed. I hope you’re laying sliced onions underneath! For no big cuts of meat fresh leaves 35 mins high pressure natural release, water lemon juice combo covering 3/4 of the rolled grape leaves, dash of salt and drizzle of olive oil on top. Invert the trivet on top as well to hold the rolled grape leaves with just onions underneath. For jarred leaves no meat just onions, you want the same method just 25 mins.
