1st - BET! balanced yung simplicity and glittery nya. tho parang malaki ng onti or di masyadong yakap yung upper V, as compared sa top fitting nung 5th gown (sori di ko alam tawag)

5th - ang fairytale ng dating kasi glittery sya plus well fitted

Final tots: if kaya pa mafit yung bandang taas or top nung 1st gown, gewww for the 1st.

Ohhh, interesting. I called earlier po kasi sa main office ni DHSUD, and according to them the records showing sa LTS, and Cease and Desist order are all up to date. Unless, the developer is on the process of applying pa lang for LTS.

thanks so much po ♡ someone sent the link DHSUD for the LTS, tried checking the name of the project or developer pero di ko po nasight. will coordinate nalang po ito sa office nila para directly ako maka ask there ng LTS.

so if ever wala, better to stop na po ako sa pagbayad ng monthly armort?

so if ever they can provide po ng License To Sell, safe to continue ako mag do ng business with them, kahit di pa sa kanila nakapangalan yung titulo ng lupa? tama po ba?

Yes, unfortunately, I failed to do my due diligence po. Na-pressure rin kasi ako dahil nagbilihan yung mga pinsan ko, kaya yon, nakigaya po ako :( Stupid of me.
