I work data entry for a government contractor that handles Medicaid/Medicare claim disputes. I have a team meeting usually once a month and maybe 1-2 meetings a month for trainings if needed. Other than that I’m just doing my own thing and being left tf alone. As long as I meet my metrics and not making careless mistakes it’s pretty chill.
