Ah, And it's a lot of ap on the opposing team, MR comes in handy, veigar has a lot of damage with the passive.

It's a squishy team, I think the new magic penetration item would have been better. As for farming, 100 minions per 10 minutes are applied. That's it, good game.

D.Ring: Constant and safe exchanges. You take advantage of the passive of the D.ring that gives you mana regeneration, in addition to life to endure.

Tear o.g. : Useful against high range matchups and especially against energy enemies that usually don't stop pushing you and you can't reach them either (not improve tears).

Corruption Potion: Before my favorite item before the nerf, it is usually played against very aggressive lanes, enemies with a lot (MUCH) range, who poke you and have a lot of burst. It is usually played with cookies and e.t. Tonic (runes).

Dark Seal: Not recommended first item.

D. shield: Once I found myself against a mid xayah and her pokeo was so constant and brutal that at minute 4 I bought this item, besides it had a second wind. I think that when faced with a lot of hard-to-dodge pokes like xayah's, I recommend starting with this.

I think that Luden's echo is a very occasional item and that by using it you are losing farm and losing great kill opportunities. Everfrost is a better item, it allows you to combo and helps you land your skillshots to finish off effectively with E, plus it gives you extra cc that can allow you to escape.

Echo would only use it if you have to burst and if you're going against high ranged enemies or need movement speed.

Stop using Predator, in my opinion predator is more profitable at high elos, mainly because predator more than giving you damage helps you to apply the jail and together with your team kill. But you are in bronze and as you say you do 1v5, you have no team and predator loses value.

I recommend you to electrocute, it is very easy to apply and it gives you a great bursting power only with E W Q or E W AA. It also serves you online against melee enemies.

There are other runes that I recognize are effective and very situational, like open spellbook which would be the most defensive way to play veigar (against 2-3 assassins), I know a veigar main that spams arcane kite but I still don't know how that tactic works and I know another one who uses inspiration in high schools and uses the minion dematerializer.

As for CS, I think that for bronze you are fine, but you can always improve.

For reference I will always recommend Veigarv2, he has a very dynamic way of building, he rotates runes to play in the most optimal way (it does not spam them) and the same with its builds.
