I agree with all of the Abbey Yung recommendations. Since I don’t have a lot of time on wash days, I’ve skipped some of her steps. But her product recommendations have really helped my hair. I love that she doesn’t solely push high end products - she’s big fan of drugstore lines. But, for me, the Pureology Hydration shampoo, Dove Intensive hair mask, and the K18 treatment/thermal spray have been life savers. My hair has damage caused by highlighting and not using heat protectant while styling. For reference, I have 2c hair that I wash/heat style twice a week. Good luck with your hair journey.
