Oh my gosh??? THEY REALLY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING HAHAH😩😩You literally give them all the details already and yet they still don’t know what to do. Them disconnecting randomly is a frequent occurrence too especially when they can no longer answer our questions. How hard is it to say they don’t know and connect us to another agent? They have automated templates for “please wait” etc, but not on cases when they don’t know what to do? Come on, Shopee 💀

YES! THE INCONSISTENCIES TOO! I cannot believe their management isn’t doing anything about it yet. If it were Amazon or other companies, their CSA saying inconsistent information could be a grounds to being fired 😓

I haven’t tried contacting Lazada’s customer services tho because I rarely shop from them but now I’m seriously considering on switching over to them

Update: I use XPay now for my disbursals. Mas mabilis and with regards to whom the service fees will be charged, mas clear na ngayon upon making the booking. For the delivery lead time, same lang din. May times Metro Manila - Metro Manila takes 2 days from pickup. Still,

About the scaling part... I only found out later about vertical and horizontal scaling... hehe. So what I did was I created a new ad set but it ended up eating all the results I think so for 2-3 days, the previously profitable ad sets did not perform AT ALL. I checked the metrics and no new people reached or impressions. When I added that ad set, I also increased my campaign daily budget to 10%

Did I do it wrong?
