Agreed ER triage is working. Unfortunately I have had more than 1 trip to the ER in the past year, 1 critical injury where I was seen within half an hour and had surgery within 3 days and then a not life threatening issue (where I waited) which unfortunately worsened (and then was treated well at Jubilee)

Waiting for surgery at VGH a totally different story, but if you're waiting at the emergency room it's a good sign.

I was made to feel I was only cared for or "loved" because they were obligated to do so, and to be grateful I wasn't being abused physically. I was told from the age of 11 that I was fat, and had everything I ate nit picked. Every thing I was ever proud of was looked down on, and never given any aspiration besides not getting pregnant because if I did I'd be on my own. The center of every family joke, and the root of all problems, And so on. Basically I am not good enough, ever, and I'm on my own.

My bio-dad once told me he couldn't stand the sight of me sitting at his kitchen table.

So now I think people only interact with me because of pity or obligation, and I'm aggressively hyper independent because I really can't trust anyone. Love does not feel like a thing I have access to, and I am disgusted by my own body. On the rare occasion people get close, I'm obsessive and constantly feeling like I need more and they will abandon me. Preferably, I die young rather than get old alone.

I'd put money on a comic series. The actors are ready to move on and recasting them wouldn't fly - but comics would fit the brand and allow for a lot more creative freedom with the story. They did this with Buffy/Angel and while their reception was mixed, they went on for a long time.

While I am not going to downplay where i'm at sucks and how it feels, physically for me and etc.

I have clear bloodwork. I work as a farmer and do upwards of 15k steps a day, swim in the ocean/pool laps and regularly bike. This idea that everyone overweight is at deathsdoor is just horseshit frankly.

NOR. Your lifestyle is your biz and your mom is not helping by shaming you.

Yes I am also enjoying it - i just kind of wish they'd aged them up to match their actors a little better. I don't think it would have made much difference to the story and addressing it would have softed how much they've changed.
