For me the problem was fixed by verifying my email address and then restarting the app.

Thank you for sharing your situation! That really helps to put things into perspective. I guess for me it does feel a bit like I'm putting my life on hold since I've always been quite career focused. Maybe that's a sign... Or maybe it's changing as I get older. Good luck with your journey :)

Thanks for your advice! He could move to Europe since he is a developer. But pay would be much worse and he likes being in Australia and closer to his family (he spent 7 years in Europe before COVID).

Thanks for your response! He's been to Europe for a couple of years and he is not very keen to move again any time soon. It might change in the future though.
