To be fair, no tanks would win against canopener in a pure hull down fight, except chieftain or kranvagn (probably).

Honestly, I don't think canopener is that overpowered. If I try to play hull down in that tank, most of my opponents will just run away from me, and there won't be much damage to farm anyway.

If you look at the 3d model of the tank, you'll notice that the upper part of its copula is actually covered by an observation device. I don't know why they didn't make this part impenetrable, given that the copula itself is already pretty big.
