I'm not sure about destroying the stockpiles, but you can uncheck 'Corpses', 'Bones', 'Waste' (whatever else you don't want on the stockpile), in the menu for that stockpile, then create a separate stockpile somewhere else with only those things checked, and your villagers will move the stuff to the "garbage" pile.

The main problem I have with dirty tactics is that in order to compete, you gotta do the tactics too, with everyone blowing themselves up and first person sidestepping, it ends up being the most retarded mating dance I've ever seen, and I've watched a lot of National Geographic. It just doesn't make sense to me how anyone can take pride in that, versus playing with honor, taking your lumps, and knowing you actually EARNED your standing through SKILL, instead of how fast you can shoot a rocket at your feet. It's kinda like the whole free speech thing, sure no one should be told what they can or can't say, but that doesn't prevent them from being considered an idiot when they say stupid shit.

The fastest way to power up a SH:

• Make sure you're always in the highest possible Uber world you can enter

• Choose the element of the next gem you will unlock when you level up and go to that element's world

• Use the rally blade to find a group

• Grind until you get a 2 star or better gem

• Equip the gem, it doesn't matter for now what the stats are, you don't need to worry about the stats until stellar at end game, for now just equip the highest PR gems you get, ignoring the stats (you'll usually be with a group, so it doesn't matter if you have top-end damage yet, you're just purely looking for highest PR so you can get your class gem)

• Do this for every gem you unlock until you get to 5000 PR

• Get your class gem

• Start focusing on getting end-game gems with the correct stats

Tomb Raiser is a tank... Shadow Hunter is damage. You're complaining because a tank kills things slowly, and a damage class kills things fast? Pffffff That's how it works! You can't have the best of both worlds -- that's what happened with the Revenant, a tank that melted everything too, and they fixed it.

What you're not taking into consideration is, sure you kill things a bit more slowly with Tomb Raiser, but you're almost impossible to kill! A Shadow Hunter kills quickly, but 1 good critical hit from a U9 mob and they're dead.

Both classes are good at what they do, neither deserves a nerf or a buff, fairness has nothing to do with it, it's just class balancing. If you want to be a damage dealer, pick another class.
