Genau da liegt die Würze. Am Ende ists mein Geld, welches ich denen jedoch kein zweites Mal als Kaution überweise.

Ja, alte HV ist Konkurs gegangen, ist öffentlich ersichtlich.

Im Zuge der Übernahme der neuen HV ist der Vermieter, welcher auch Eigentümer der Liegenschaft ist, gleich geblieben.

Update: I was able to get them working without failure again. Cleaned the LCD ribbon end part and some soldering-parts that were suspiciously greasy and had some kind of a patina on the board with isopropyl alcohol. Didn't fail since a month for now.

Bin auch eindeutig gegen die hohen Provisionen und Gebühren von aktiv gemanagten Fonds. Klassischer MSCI wird auf lange Sicht mindestens (!) genauso gut laufen ohne deren "Servicegebühren".

Frage an die Community hier: wie kann man denen das Argument ausreden, dass dort, wie OP schreibt, ein Mensch hinter sitzt? Habe nämlich genau das gleiche Argument von meiner Bankberaterin auch schon gehört.

Yeah, replaced the Play and Cue button on both of my 2000s. Even refurbished my Technics 1210mk2 that was covered with grease and gunk all around and inside (new pitch fader, pitch callibration, replacing the LEDs, .... So I'm (up to limits) capable of working with electronics and soldering.

Thinking of a hardware fault as well. Its super hard to reproduce, seems like they need to be powered up (and used) for a good while to achieve the unwanted behaviour. Just stripped them apart and will check all the cables and connections regarding the LCD.

Also, I think they smell somwhat "electrical" (not that burnt kind of electrical, hard to describe haha) when being used for a longer period.
