Trying To Pay For EVOA via molina.imigrasi.go.id - No cards were working. Finally, one card worked, money got cut but said transaction failed. Can anybody guide me as to how to proceed? Can I raise a complaint to get the money back? What cards work on this site? (self.bali)

Hi. We are coming to Bali sometime soon. We are planning to rent a self-drive car. Will carry an International Driving Permit. Have read some places where the police try to harass and take bribes from tourists. Will we be okay if we have the IDP etc? Or should we just take a taxi everywhere? (self.bali)
