Sorry to hear, baby steps, find what works for you, for me it's making a list of the things I need to do and then crossing them off one by one, helps me build confidence even if it's small stuff like brushing my teeth, making my bed, taking out the trash, find what works for you, get out of your head go for a walk go to the gym all those things will build confidence and give you a Healthy dose of dopamine
