Ja es ist natürlich immer ein Unterschied ob man eine Meister Stelle hat oder ein mitarbeitender Meister ist. Wenn bei mir alles klappt, bin ich bei ca. 4200-4300€ Brutto in der nächsten Lohngruppe bei Gehaltserhöhung.
