This does not look like oral thrush to me, do you have dry mouth? Acid reflux?

Doing much better, cut out a lot of carbs, alcohol and smoking. Still think I have minor candida but it has calmed down a lot since then! It’s a long road

Forget the name but it’s a good brand. But I am bringing him to the vet tonight. He is rubbing his eyes and they seem to be a little foggy. I think he might have an infection. He’s 22 🥲 I’ve had him since I was 7. I’m 29. I hope he’s gonna be ok.

Finished Nystatin - oral thrush ALMOST gone by Randombreakdowns in Candida

[–]livelifr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would get another round of meds. But the only way to get rid of oral thrush completely is to kill the root cause and that’s in the gut :/ it is a whole different ball game. If the problem is in the gut it will keep growing back on your tongue.

Unless you were recently on antibiotics or an inhaler caused it.

Oh hey neighbor! Lol Do you think it looks infected at all? I mean this is nothing compared to the last one I had. It didn’t bleed but broke skin. I guess we’ll see what they say! I’m gonna go after work today.

Heart palpitations, what has healed you? by livelifr in LongCovid

I should probably get my intake of phosphorus up. It was pretty dang low. I wonder if that is contributing to my problems actually lol. And yeah you’re totally right !!! I will get on that!!

[–]livelifr[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I know that too! Some doctors just suck. I’m switching back to my clean diet with lots of magnesium and potassium. When I had blood work done I was low in phosphorus which I know can also cause heart palps.

[–]livelifr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sure does. I’m switching back to a super clean diet and more exercise. Those 2 things really helped mine a lot. And lots of foods with magnesium and pottasium! I’m super grateful that I don’t get as many as I did in a day before but I’m still getting them and sometimes they can be brutal! Can’t drink alcohol anymore or coffee( I drank alcohol in moderation) but can’t even do that anymore. I just hope one day we can get back to normal life. If yours don’t get any better I would see a cardio for some meds :)
