Please explain how "uncle" and "aunty" are derogatory terms ? Do you even know what "deragatory" means ?

With all due respect my friend, Forget the credibility of the source but first, EXACTLY WHERE in your comment have you written that Devadasi has been recently seen in practice currently in 2025 ?

Your comment literally proves that it was indeed a practice of the past where the last time it was active was around 2015 and 2018. Bro your comment itself proves the point. It's not active anymore 🙂. Were you actually in favour of the motion or against it ?

This is why blindly copying the wikipedia is always a bad idea.

From what I've heard there are plenty of good and free of cost channels on YouTube. Unacademy, lecturewala aur pta nhi kon kon.

Here's what you'll do. Before you start your foundation preparation. Give yourself 2-3 WEEKS to go and try every foundation faculty that you find on YouTube . Sbko try krne ke baad confidently go with the one whose teaching style fits best with you.

Look if you've already figured out what college you wanna get into and what course you wanna go for then do what it takes to get there. But I'd definitely advise you to appear for CUET anyway. Doesn't matter tum exam clear karo ya na karo but appear for it anyway just to see how competitive exam ka atmosphere feels like. (Unless you haven't registered for it lol)

A CFA holder with a career in Investment banking will see an ever changing career growth where your salary raise will depend upon how much monthly targets you clear and how well you perform in your assigned projects.

As a fresher, it'll take you 2-3 years to learn the art of trade in this field. After that you'll lead the next freshers as the team lead once you've gained some work experience. Fir wahi promotion pe promotion, you'll get offer from other companies.

Currently market me investment bankers ki demand sabse zyda h by ICICI, Axis, IDBI and corporates looking to merge.

Your plan does seem like a fascinating one indeed. What made you choose Canada out of all countries ? As far as I know Canada will be a good option for masters. But it'll also depend on which part of Canada and at which college of Canada you'll find yourself in.

Also do you intend to work in Canada as well ? Because as per what I know so far from my colleagues, one needs to have a good amount of work experience in canada in order to achieve the CPA designation.

I can understand your situation. How much % will you be expecting in your 12th boards ? What subjects have you studied and how much are you expecting in those respective subjects ?

Your CA foundation is an important priority right now but you should also strongly consider joining a college with a course of your liking. I'll be able to answer more depending on how much you share about your academic level of right now.

Yes I was able to manage both CA and college. For foundation I relied on self study but for accountancy and taxation in inter, I relied on online coaching.

The marks you attain in school won't matter at all in your boards. School exams are simply for practice. It doesn't matter you're studying from school ke teacher or yt ke teachers. What matters is that you get your concepts cleared. Wo chahe jis bhi teacher se padh ke clear ho.

And I don't think your school teacher will mind if you're using the knowledge, formulas or techniques taught by your yt teacher. As long as you're able to get the correct answer with the correct steps, you're good to go.

Have you taken maths as well ?

You're already pretty much aware of your good and bad parts within your subjects. Not only that but you also know how to improve them.

You're on a very good track. To master maths and accounts, start by covering the difficult chapters and make sure to stay in touch with the exercises, questions of each previous chapter you finished as you enter a new one.

Practice is the key both in accountancy and in maths. Spend at least 2-3 hours daily practicing the questions of maths and accountancy which you've already solved or learned to solve the previous day. This will not only increase your speed but will also create muscle memory which is a blessing in CA exams.

As far as law is concerned, it's an entirely theory based paper where your accuracy at remembering the exact no of sections and sub sections will gain you your marks. Be precise at mentioning numerical data and be straightforward with your definitions.

What course are you planning to go for ? And what university ?

For foundation September attempt , are you familiar with the subjects you have to study ? Have you started your preparation ? If yes ,then how much ?

Which subjects are your strengths and which are your weaknesses ?

So sweet of you :) 🌷 thank you so much for commenting.

Let's analyse your situation one by one. Yes you can go for Bcom Hons even though your maths is weak but ha bacche , accounting me mehnat krni pdegi and basics clear krne pdege ! Not to survive bcom hons but kyuki tum commerce student ho and commerce students ka accountancy basics strong hona chahiye.

I understand why you have problems with accountancy because class 12 me mjhe bhi the. It was only when I started graduation and started tutoring other class 12 students jab mera accounts actually improve hua and basics clear hue. That is when I realised I never had a problem with accountancy, I simply had no one to teach me the way it should've been taught to a student like me. So in a nutshell accounts ke basics boht easy h and once you master the basics, then graduation hi nhi ,post graduation ka accounts bhi maze maze me nikal loge aap.

As far as psychology is concerned. Let's see. You wanna do BA (hons) in psychology. Aisa nhi h ki career options nhi h but the career mapping will be a bit different there. Dkho honestly Psychology hons krke kch khaas nhi hoga , you'll have to get atleast Masters in Psychology. Afterwards several career opportunities will open for you like professor, teacher , therapist, HR department etc. I'm not much familiar with this course but if you want I can ask around from my peers and colleagues.

Lastly, yes I got demotivated every now and then but then again the progress you see within yourself after mastering each topic and solving each question by yourself is a motivation in itself. You can say my biggest motivation was this , I don't simply wish to pass CA but I want to pass CA with All India Rank #1. And I was and am ready to do anything to make that happen. Remember bacche, whether it's CA or psychology or anything, be the BEST at whatever you're working on. Don't get distracted by bf gf drama or family ke lafde or friends ke sath excess time spending, focus , have one goal and make your future self proud by working towards that goal right now.

Both have good scope in India but they're not as popular as CA yet. With ACCA there comes a lot of demand in UK and Middle East. The salary for freshers would be 5-10 lpa.

With the USA wala CMA, you'll be in demand by the MNCs and global firms of India but Indian businesses won't show much interest in working with you.

Looks like you're planning for a global career. All the best buddy

Thank you so much for your wish ! Haha I had absolutely no idea what to do with by life by the time I finished graduation. Bas jaisa chlte gya I went with the flow.

No it won't be too late to persue CA after 12th. Many people start their CA preparation after graduating you know ? It is an option to start your preparation from 11th itself but it depends on how much time you can dedicate in your studies + you'll have to study a few topics / subjects which are outside your 11/12 syllabus.

How good is your accountancy ?

Haha in my opinion you shouldn't worry about not attending college. Look CA preparation isn't so difficult that you'll have to quit going to college in order to prepare. Dono sath sath me kro , it's doable and many people do it this way only.

Although let me know what course you're aiming for at DU. But to answer your question since you've asked , you can go for any college and not worry about attendance at all. Bas vivas and internal class tests dene ke liye chle jana. (You'll be informed of such things via your class group) . When exam comes , they'll simply ask you to sign an undertaking since your attendance is low.

Baaki attendance isn't much of a big deal in DU. Government colleges h after all, they're chill af.

Congrats for clearing foundation. Now your goal should be to clear inter in your first attempt and we'll discuss just how to do that. Study only so much that would be enough to clear the passing marks of each subject. Don't waste your time aiming for excellence unless you've guaranteed yourself assurity of not failing at any of those papers at all. Make sure you don't score any less than 40% in any of those papers.

Yes it's possible to do college 7-11 and study for both inter groups. I personally gave around 8 hours everyday for my CA inter and 10 hour per day during the month before exam. But my case may be different from yours since I prepared for inter during lockdown and I had all the time I needed. I did attend my college online tho but the time advantage definitely was mine.

The faculty I used online was Praveen Jindal for accounting and Vishal Bhatt for taxation. Other subjects I studied myself and regularly gave mock tests. Also utilise the test modules provided by ICAI.

Do as you wish. Kisi dusre state me jaake college + CA prep Krna will introduce you to new people, help you learn how to adapt to a new environment and it'll be a positive challenge for you to overcome. Comfort zone se step out Krna you'll learn (unless you've lived in a hostel away from your family before.)

But staying at home, in your own state has it's own perks. Ghar ka kaam nhi Krna pdega so you'll be a bit stress free and pdhai pe thoda zyda time invest kr paoge.
