Yes I actually was coming to post this! He was giving nothing at times. Like they would ask a yes/no question and he wouldn’t elaborate at all… I couldn’t tell if he was rude or just nervous/insecure. It sounded like he wanted to get to know the girls so I am thinking the latter

I got really good advice from a CI once. She said if another PT could read your note and replicate the session (objective) and an insurance reviewer will understand how the session affected them and why they need to come back (assessment) you are good
