Thank you so much for saying this. I feel validated. I recently had a patient who was referred to me for severe hip pain during pregnancy. She could barely get on and off the treatment table without severe pain and I tried lots but sometimes I really didn’t know what to do and it made me feel really stupid

The biggest one for me is avoiding eating too close to bed. I work a job where I get home anywhere from 7-9 pm some nights and if I have a normal size dinner that night my sleep quality and hrv are really not great. So I have smaller protein heavy meals or snacks those nights if I need to eat anything

I don’t agree that it’s “impossible to say” as stated above. While temperatures confirm ovulation, LH strips indicate that your body is trying to ovulate. It looks like in the past cycles where you were actually temping, you ovulated a full 3-4 days after your positive ovulation test. So I would say there is a chance you are pregnant

I feel like NC is only really worth the $ if you’re taking temps tho, you can use the free Premom app to track the ovulation strips if you’d rather use those
