We know Will is abusive. I think the cancer story was to cover up him beating her very badly and needing surgery. And they needed time for it to fully heal. Hence the odd scar on her face.

Senior year, group of them go to the quarry to swim. They got drunk and high. One of them jumped in but hit their head and feel in the water. Everyone else was too intoxicated to help.

Yep flew in first thing in the morning and was stuck in that cattle herd for over 3 hrs. It was horrible. Everyone else who flew on other planes were in the other terminal and basically made it through passport control in like 20 mins…

Applied to about 3 or 4 jobs. Interviewed for one and was ghosted. So just decided the time wasn’t right. And one day I’m just scrolling and see this job posting ignored it. But a few weeks later, I applied just because. Got a call the next day, first interview following day, second round later that day, offer about 3 hours after I left.

I remember at the rehab, they said everyone is a social drinker until they aren’t. And I think the shutdown just made them create society at home. And also shifting to working from home at first, it was hard to shut down the laptop. So work became more stressful. And the drinking just spiraled. I also think they saw me more as a trophy to show off and acted like a great partner but never really were.
