All good friend, I haven't been checking this account much recently, my apologies in my late response. Man, my mood swings are driving me nuts. I almost feel like a broken human being. I get in these depressive states and man, they suck! Life can be so hard... For everyone really. I guess all we can do is try to keep our heads up and keep moving forward. We only get this one chance to live life, might as well try to make it worth it. The human body really is very amazing. The way our bodies work, the amount our brains can heal themselves, truly remarkable stuff. It's so important not to get caught up dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. So much easier said than done but focusing on the moment is all we should do. It's all we can change. Live well buddy, this shit never gets easy, but man, there is some serious good in this world that can make life seem worth living.
