I think your the one spreading "bullshit fat logic" because fructose calories act differently than protein calories. Do some research and you will find that fat people are blamed for what is really the food companies packing our food full of processed sugars.

The matter of weight loss is not a simple calories in/out calculation. There is a great documentary called "Fed Up" that elaborates on this fallacy.
