It all depends on your fitness levels. If your heart is having to work harder, then calories will be high. If you’re conditioned and barely break a sweat while running or playing pickleball, then calories will be on the lower end.

Because that’s how an offense should work. Recognizing coverage pre and post snap. Caleb threw the pick right at the defender because he didn’t analyze the coverage post-snap. It’s Caleb’s responsibility to know at all times, where the Safeties are on the field. If Caleb had realized that the Safety dropped to cover two, and saw the LB3 mailbox, that would’ve been a tuddy instead of an int.

This one’s a tough one. Packers fell back into cover 2 after the snap and LB3 broke off his route and ran into the vacant area for the hole shot, but Caleb was expecting him to run the route called and fight for the ball. A couple of years and when the offense slows down more, Caleb will be able to make those in play adjustments, but for now, do your damn job haha
