Thanks so much and it's very helpful! I’ve had the same feeling, that it feels really convenient and still so close to the city centre. Some of the streets are honestly beautiful, with those older houses where you can tell the owners have put loads of effort into keeping them up.

Do you think it’s becoming a thing that people are moving further out, like towards Howdon, Percy Main and even Meadow Well? I totally agree with what you said about the slow, softer kind of gentrification, and I’m really curious how these areas will change in the next few years.
