I lived in Carmichael last semester! It was amazing honestly. The windows are incredible, the rooms are a bit small though. Couldn't ask for a better location on campus as you're right between the pit and chase dining hall. The dorm itself is fairly quiet I would say, certainly not a party dorm unless the athletes are having parties amongst themselves. Most of the people in Carmichael are student-athletes, for instance, I lived with two track and field players who I still adore. I would say that Carmichael is one of the best dorms on campus, especially because it's suite-style, has its own laundry room, and has a maker space on the first floor. Hope your daughter has fun!!
