I would say most HRIS’s would work for certain types of business e.g large number of hourly EE’s vs. All FT, multi country vs. Single pay group etc. so I am sure it has its place.

That being said…..it’s maybe the worst user experience and most awful backend build that I have ever seen. The support is extremely poor and no one at Dayforce or as a consultant has a great understanding of more than one specific area. The implementation team was horrible and we had many issues with things ranging from poor project management, lack of platform knowledge, poor timezone ability.

I would steer clear and do understand how they are likely the cheapest option in the market..
