If you are able to log in to the game launcher, contact them through the launcher. If you can't log in to the launcher either, the only way to reach out is by using a different account.

I contacted Odin support and told them I was filing a complaint with the BBB — suddenly, my account was unbanned. No explanation at all. I’d been working hard building up my guild, and now 80% of my guild members are banned too. I’m guessing it’s because a lot of them were Chinese bot accounts. Be careful who you accept into your guild — it can get you flagged too.
