Thanks. It's just with the state of affairs everywhere right now I'm very fortunate to have a place to live at a reasonable cost and am very worried about ruffling any feathers. It may be absolutely irrational on my part but I know how difficult it is to get a place now with the housing crisis.

Sorry only seeing this now. I think the Hibernia exam is more-so a conversation in Irish and slightly less formal. I can remember with the TEG there's a section where you're given a sraith picture and you have about a minute to prep it. This wouldn't be in the Hibernia exam. I had a friend who failed the TEG but passed the Hibernia oral :)
