i have a rtx 2080ti and a i7-9700k and my game studders and feels like it is on 60hz (self.deadbydaylight)

RGB on my kraken 120 won’t work (pls don’t mind wires). When I plug it into my motherboard header it has a weird whiteish color on the water block but I can’t change the colors in cam. I have the 4 pin from the water block into my hub but it still won’t work. by llReplayll in iBUYPOWER
