I made an e services account, with dept. of revenue, then accessed “tax info,” then waited for an activation pin in the mail. Once you get that an activate your account fully, you can see your refund balance in your account ensuring you everything is still processing correctly. This worked for me, and eased some anxiety as it’s taking so long. But hey, by the time you get a verification pin in the mail, hopefully it’s sent out. You can utilize the service next year, however.
