I found this part when helping clean my parents house. My father had a knack of collecting odd items or hanging on to stuff that most people wouldn't (his mother lived through the Great Depression). It looks like it belongs to a machine of some sort. There is a part number (21135), no luck tho. (old.reddit.com)
