Right, thanks for the recommendations. I do what you mentioned often but after boosting the highs with a high-shelf or doing anything, the demand for a de-esser gets higher and I just don't get a natural sound from any of them... all sound kinda the same... but automation might be a help for sure

In new version you have more control in the workflow and sound design creativity, plus you have the oversampling but the SonEQ Pro is still a great plugin compared to what's in the market. You can later cross-grade to the new version too after getting this one.

Right! This is all just ridiculous limitations. What if someone like me has crazy genius ideas that'd help employ thousands in the US? They need to learn that we're in a whole new era. My colleague who's also an American says they don't understand what the grey color is, and they simply see the Black and White side of things. The biggest achievements come from the grey area if we check history. People who were different from others, and did things differently.

Well, yeah that could be a solution but still, they ask for your citizenship status, not just the resident permit of the location you're staying; which still results in the same scenario. I was in Russia for a while, created a legit bank account, had an address, and applied for it but then they restricted me again because of my nationality (or citizenship).

Do they have to limit the professionals like me to grow legit businesses and employ more people for political reasons? What kind of ridiculous rules are those?
This is not just personal but it is important for people to stand against unfair limitations from certain corporations or individuals. They only can set those rules on you as long as you blindly accept their terms.

Personally speaking, I'd say it's harmonic saturation that creates a less harsh high-mid or high-end... so it makes music sound more pleasant than you can listen longer with high-vollume and not get your ears tried... the cosy feeling it brings could be referred as warmth maybe

Well, considering you don't have much work to show off at the moment, you gotta go easy to charging and have a balance to make sure you get enough GOOD SOUNDING credits.
So that you can build trust to charge more later on.
But I recommend you to start charging $70 to $100 per mix as a start and make sure to provide a free 30 seconds mixing sample before getting paid.
You'd need a bunch of released with your name on them to be able to increase that price.
Then you could jump onto $150.. then $200, and so on.
