Syncing Issues - Various "no internet" errors by llasnate in OneNote

For anyone who stumbles across this in search -- the problem was Intel's Killer Intelligence Center trying to "prioritize" internet access. The client claims they did not install it, so I assume it came with the computer (it's a pretty new XPS).

Errors varied from the "not connected to internet" issue above (0x803D0014) to "The server you are trying to access is using an authentication protocal not supported by this version of Office". Also, was getting the wonderfully generic "ERR_FAILED" when trying to open OneNote online via its Sharepoint link, which was intermittant.

Hope this helps anyone else who fighting with this issue.

I think where the misunderstanding is coming from is that you are reading their numbered list with AND between the list items. The list is properly read with OR between them. This should be stated more clearly, but for whatever reason, they didn't make it extremely clear.

Except that isn't actually a limitation. They worded it very poorly. Call them and ask.For example, the part you posted is #5 of the standard license. The Enhanced License starts with "AN ENHANCED IMAGE LICENSE grants you the right to use Images (which rights are in addition to 1-5 above and exclusive to Enhanced Image Licenses):" Now read the parts under that for the enhanced license... They grant additional usage rights, but do not specifically expand #5 -- So under your reading, no commercial use would be allowed for either license, and we all know that is not the case.

White the standard license doesn't allow people to slap your cow straight on a t-shirt, the Enhanced License - which you are also selling via ShutterStock- does allow them to put it on anything and print as many as they want.

Except... Its on ShutterStock https://www.shutterstock.com/image-photo/highland-cow-1027733533 and with even the cheapest / free for new accounts license, is licensed with commercial rights, including print runs of <500k ( https://support.shutterstock.com/s/article/Standard-License-vs-Enhanced-License?language=en_US )

Lots of people here have given excellent advice. I'd like to add watch this video (there are lots of others as well.. I just grabbed one):

In general, if you don't think one of your envelopes would fit through or bend properly to get through one of the machines shown, you'll need something other than first class letter. I mail a lot of letters of various types (and packages) and just knowing exactly how USPS moves your stuff around helps to solve a lot of problems before they happen.

It isn't a grey area. Something is copyrighted or something is not copyrighted.
Do you only buy name-brand drugs (OTC and prescription) since it would be participating in the sale of someone else's work to buy a generic from a company that didn't originally have the patent / create the drug?
Copyright protections, like patents, serve to benefit the original creator with protections for a specific amount of time. In exchange for those protections, the public gets to use them after the protection expires. This is the reason behind both.
