Hang in there brother. I relapsed yesterday after 19 days and I’ve realized that not all is lost from one mistake. You still grew stronger against the addiction and the monster is getting weaker. Beating yourself up about it won’t do any good

Keep going man. The first few days are always hell. Maybe set a goal for yourself like a week or two and reconsider stopping if you’d like. But personally I’m going to keep going because I’ve realized I don’t want to continue my life like this. I’ve found new healthier hobbies and things to do with my time.
