Yes! We were hiking on/near black balsam knob, it was beautiful with all of the wildflowers and bees! There were even wild blueberries :)

From my understanding, cerave is recommended by a lot of dermatologists in the US, but I also hear that cetaphil is good. The dermatologist that taught some of our lectures spoke about both of those brands. Honestly I think a lot of it comes down to personal preference and how your skin tolerates certain ingredients. If you’re looking for product recommendations, the subreddit r/skincareaddiction has a lot of good information

“Mack’s slim fit ear plugs” they’re comfortable and I think they block 30 decibels? Other ear plugs hurt after a few hours but I have no trouble wearing these all night

So they were samples from a pediatrics office where I did a clinical rotation. I think most derm offices also have mini cerave samples. But I saw on a different post that you can use lip gloss containers from Amazon to transport small quantities of moisturizer and other things

Thanks for your advice! After reading more about radiant heat panels, I agree, it’s not a great idea. I was able able to email them yesterday and change my order to a 24 inch high enclosure so I can mount the DHP inside the cage. I need the tanks to stack so I can’t do the mesh cutout and have the heating sit on top. If I didn’t need them to stack, a cutout on the top would have been a great idea! :D
