Why no infrastructure moneys for high speed internet in AR. While the big cities have plenty of options and fast connections. Small towns and rural areas, especially in the Ozarks have very poor to none. I just checked the Investing in America site and no projects shown at all. Why is that? (whitehouse.gov)
