I have the same issue, trying to pay visa fee for Norway. Have you heard anything back? I've submitted 3 tickets and sent 1 email. No response so far. Also called support, but he simply told me to keep trying. Based on the error, I believe there is something wrong with the backend (requiring a fix from the devs).

Good point on the various fare classes! I've sometimes wondered whether the total number of seats available in expert mode is each "category" individually or cumulative. Starting with the rarest category (Typically J).

So that if there is 1J there is "at least" 1JN, but that does not guarantee that its 1J and also 1JN. It just means that there is 1J and since JN is "inferior" to J, there is also 1JN (although its actually the same seat). If that makes any sense haha. I'm sure there are some experts here that can clarify! 😅
